Qualifications

• Experience in reception or front-desk roles is desirable.
• Ability to explain appointment models and waiting procedures clearly.
• Comfort with using tablets, booking systems and digital check-in.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct walk-in patients and those with appointments.
• Identify booked appointments and direct to appropriate waiting areas.
• Explain appointment times and what to expect next.
• Signpost to community services and GP practices as needed.
• Assist patients with digital check-in and basic navigation.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality in a public area.
