HealthHero Integrated Care is seeking an Urgent Care Coordinator to join our out-of-hours team. This 12-month fixed-term role covers weekday evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays, with a minimum of two shifts per month and up to 37.5 hours per week.

You will be the frontline contact for medical and clinical professionals and coordinate SPA and out-of-hours services. The role requires clear communication, proactive planning and the ability to adapt to a busy environment.

Formación

• Experience in a similar Urgent Care or healthcare coordination role.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands.
• Strong communication with clinical teams and NHS services.
• Empathetic, patient-centered approach.

Responsabilidades

• Responsive point of contact for medical, clinical and healthcare professionals.
• Plan ahead to optimise staff and resources.
• Assist clinicians in accessing community health teams.
• Supervise operational staff.
