Job summary

Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Clinical Support Worker in the Urgent Treatment Centre at Ripon Hospital. The role combines clinical registrations and reception duties, and involves booking patients into the electronic system while supporting triage and UCP teams.

• Previous experience as a Clinical Support Worker is preferable, ideally with acute/urgent care background.
• Training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team is required.

• Registering and booking patients into the electronic patient system.
• Support the triage and UCP teams in assessment and treatment of minor injuries and illness.
• Work alongside Urgent Care Practitioners to deliver the UTC service.
