We are seeking an experienced Urban Planner / GIS Specialist for our London office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Utilize tools and data for spatial analytics in GIS.
• Support the Design Technology team in understanding GIS's role in business activities.
• Coordinate and develop strategies related to planning, asset management, regulations, and standards.
• Review project documents and leverage information for technical services.
• Manage GIS deliverables and communicate with internal and external parties.
• Assist project leaders in client communications.
• Interpret government codes, ordinances, and regulations.
• Update and coordinate files related to land development and infrastructure.
• Provide end-user support for GIS systems.
• Create and manage CAD/GIS workflows.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Geography, or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in town planning, preferably in the Middle East.
• Proven success in planning projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in planning software and GIS tools.
• Knowledge of Rhino and AutoCAD is desirable.
