Eurocell, a family-run window and door manufacturer, is recruiting an experienced UPVC Fabricator for their Swanmore premises in Hampshire. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary up to £16.00 per hour (£33,280 per annum) and a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri, 6:00am–14:30pm) with overtime available.

You will fabricate high-quality windows and doors, operate machinery and hand tools, and work as part of a small team. Reliable transport is essential due to limited public transport in the area.

A UPVC Window & Door Fabricator is required for a permanent, full-time position based in Swanmore, Hampshire. The role offers a salary of up to £16.00 per hour, equating to £33,280 per annum, dependent on experience. Working Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 14:30pm, this position involves 40 hours per week with overtime available. The successful candidate will join a family-run Eurocell manufacturer established in 1989, which is investing in modern machinery and updated working practices. Applicants should possess proven fabrication skills and relevant experience. Reliable transport is essential due to limited public transport in the area. Please note, they are in an area where there is little, or no public transport, so you will need transport to get there.

• Have a flexible approach to work and accept reasonable requests to perform other tasks within your capability

Candidate Requirements

The company are looking for someone with experience and with the right pro‑active attitude, has a desire to work, can multitask and be able to work well in a friendly team. The role will require manual handling skills and some lifting of heavy items at times.

• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Window and/or Door Fabrication or similar (transferable skill set) based role
• Own transport to get to the business premises as they are off the beaten track
• Team player with a drive to achieve team objectives
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Be able to prioritise and organise work efficiently and effectively
• Be consistent, accurate and ensure that all company and H & S procedures are followed
