Qualifications

• Previous bartender experience in a high-end liquor-led bar is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills are required.
• Impeccable command of English, written and spoken.
• Passion for food and beverage and awareness of current liquor trends.

Responsibilities

• Serve a variety of drinks and cocktails to guests according to brand standards.
• Ensure drink specifications and presentation meet high standards.
• Handle orders through the Micros system and process bills accurately.
• Maintain a clean, tidy bar area free of clutter for seamless service.
• Utilize IT applications such as OpenTable, Adecco and Micros.
