• Previous success as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a dynamic, upscale setting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the bar and bar floor to ensure seamless service at all times.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions to elevate service standards and product knowledge.
• Lead shift handovers, cashing up, and monitor sales with upselling focus.
• Demonstrate menu and wine knowledge by providing guest recommendations.
