Job summary

City of Edinburgh Council invites applications for an Instrumental Music Instructor (Upper Strings) on a fixed-term basis until 23/04/2027. Qualifications

• Experience in instrumental teaching at primary and secondary level.
• Ability to teach all upper-strings instruments to a high standard.
• Knowledge of current curriculum and SQA/external exams preparation.

Responsibilities

• Teach upper-strings lessons in various Edinburgh schools.
• Work with groups and ensembles to develop performance skills.
