GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Upper Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join a Primary School in York, North Yorkshire for a September 2025 start.

Upper Key Stage 2 Class Teacher requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2 (Year 5 or Year 6) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and end-of-key-stage expectations.
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and promoting high standards of teaching and learning.
• In possession of an enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.

Upper Key Stage 2 Class Teacher Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the Upper KS2 curriculum.
• Prepare pupils for end-of-Key Stage 2 assessments.
