Initially to be based at Thurstonland First School in Upper Key Stage 2 to teach a mixed age class of Year 4 and 5 pupils initially based at Thurstonland First School.
Would suit an experienced teacher.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly-motivated teacher to join our caring, supportive and dedicated team of federation staff. The successful candidate will be an excellent practitioner who will nurture our children and provide them with an exciting, engaging curriculum and outstanding learning experiences. You will work within a federation planning team alongside other KS2 colleagues who can support the successful candidate as a member not only of the school team but a horizontal support network of teachers working across the federation. It is essential that the successful candidate holds high expectations of pupil achievement and is passionate about enabling all children to achieve their full potential. We are looking for a warm, friendly and ambitious teacher who can work well as part of a small team of staff within a wider team across the Federation.
The successful candidate will join our friendly and happy federation team and a thriving partnership of three small rural schools in south Kirklees. We can offer a strong, dedicated team approach with supportive colleagues, leaders, parents and governors. We are committed to providing high quality professional development opportunities for our staff in a warm and nurturing environment.
