Job description

Position: Chair Upholsterer
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 06:00–16:30
Location: Leeds
Salary: £14ph-£20ph

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Chair Upholsterer to join their team. You will be responsible for upholstering and reupholstering a variety of chair styles with precision and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cutting, measuring, and fitting fabric or leather materials to chairs.
• Repairing, padding, and re-stitching existing chair upholstery.
• Selecting and working with high-quality materials for a professional finish.
• Assessing customer requirements to meet bespoke specifications.
• Maintaining tools and workspace for optimal productivity and safety.

You’ll have a passion for upholstery and a keen eye for detail. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and thrives in a hands-on role.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in chair upholstery or a related role.
