Job summary

Envision Education partners with a welcoming school in Hillingdon to recruit a committed Teaching Assistant. You will support across classes, working with teachers and staff to help pupils learn and develop.

You will provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support, assist in delivering engaging lessons, monitor progress and share feedback with teachers, and encourage pupils throughout activities. An enhanced DBS update or willingness to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• The ability to commute to Hillingdon or live locally.

We are partnering with a supportive, welcoming and inclusive school in Hillingdon that is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role involves providing support across a range of classes, working closely with teachers and other support staff to support pupils' learning and development.

Key Responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant

• Provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support as a Teaching Assistant.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Observe and monitor pupils' progress and share feedback with teachers.
• Encourage pupils in their learning and support them in completing classroom activities.

For this role, you will have

• Previous experience working in a school or supporting children.
• Experience working with children, with a reference to support it.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
• The ability to commute to Hillingdon or live locally.

Pay Rate: £80 - £100 per day (PAYE), depending on experience.

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
