Unqualified Teaching Assistant

Milk Education is recruiting for a Unqualified Teaching Assistant position at a Primary School in Manchester for a long-term role starting as soon as possible. The school prides itself on being happy and caring, with high standards of attainment and behaviour.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
2. Support pupils consistently while responding to their individual needs, including working with SEN students
3. Assist the teacher in intervention planning, evaluating, and adjusting lessons as appropriate
4. Deliver catch-up sessions

Non-negotiables:

1. Recent or relevant experience working with children and young people

3. Good numeracy and literacy skills
