Job Description:

Teaching Personnel are hiring multiple candidates for the position of: Unqualified Teaching Assistant.

If you have a passion for education and are looking for experince working within primary schools in Cambridgeshire, then apply to work with Teaching Personnel today.

No qualifications? No problem! We can even offer to support you through your own learning journey to gain Teaching Assitant Level 1 & 2 qualifications for free!

Your role as a TA:

  • Support, encourage and engage children in their day-to-day activities and learning
  • Be willing and able to use your initiative within the classroom
  • Impart knowledge to young learners within a small study group or on a 1:1 basis
  • SEN experience is desired, but not essential, as we have a variety of courses to support your understanding of SEN needs within children and how to cope.

What you should bring to the role:

  • Have a positive and can-do attitude
  • Personable and proactive
  • Have good communication skills
  • Passionate about pupils learning and development
  • Have good timekeeping
  • Patient and calm under pressure
