Unqualified Teacher
Area: Northampton
Salary: 95 - 130 (varied depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week (or ad-hoc flexible)
Start date: ASAP

Role:

Are you looking to gain experience in education? Do you want the chance to work across a range of different year groups within Secondary Education?

Tradewind Recruitment is working with our partner secondary schools across Northampton, who are currently recruiting for individuals to fill Cover Supervisor roles.

You are not required to have a teaching qualification to be successful, just up-to-date and relevant experience working with young people. This is a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or someone who is potentially looking to start a career in education.

This position will allow you to gain experience managing a variety of lessons and building rapport with students. It offers a chance to develop teaching and strong classroom management skills in an environment where planning will always be in place.

Responsibilities:
  1. Working across a range of different year groups and departments

  3. Supervising pre-planned, pre-set work from teachers
Requirements of the Candidate:
  • Recent and relevant experience working with young people, in an educational, coaching, or care setting

  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Punctual, flexible, and reliable
