Unqualified Teacher

Academics is currently recruiting unqualified teachers in the Rugeley area. We work with a range of secondary schools in Rugeley and the surrounding areas. To work with us as an unqualified teacher, you need to be educated to degree level and have previous experience working with secondary-school-aged children. If you are interested in securing a role in secondary education, this could be the role for you!

Your responsibilities as an unqualified teacher include delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subjects in the absence of the regular class teacher. A key skill for this role is supporting children to stay on task by using effective classroom management techniques and managing student behaviour in line with school policies.
