Unqualified Teacher

Academics is currently recruiting unqualified teachers in the Rugeley area. We collaborate with a range of secondary schools in Rugeley and surrounding areas. To qualify as an unqualified teacher with us, you should have a degree and previous experience working with secondary school-aged children. If you're interested in a role in secondary education, this could be the opportunity for you!

As an unqualified teacher, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects in the absence of the usual class teacher. A key skill for this role is supporting children to stay on task using effective classroom management techniques and managing student behaviour in line with school policies.
