As an Unqualified Teacher, you will lead classes, deliver pre‑planned lessons, support student progress, and maintain a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Previous classroom experience desirable.
• Experience working with young people essential.
• Safeguarding training can be provided.
• Teacher training aspirations welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of secondary subjects.
• Lead classes independently and maintain positive learning environments.
• Support students in completing lesson tasks and achieving learning objectives.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and consistently.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of student needs.
• Monitor engagement and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
• Support students' academic progress and classroom participation.
• Follow safeguarding and school policies consistently.
