Job summary

Partou Small World Day Nursery & Pre-school in Doncaster is seeking an unqualified nursery practitioner to join as Lunchtime Cover Assistant, working 15 hours per week on a part-time basis. You will support children’s learning and development in line with EYFS, providing care and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

You’ll help the nursery team cover lunch breaks and maintain strong partnerships with families.

About the Role

Partou Small World Day Nursery & Pre-schoolis seeking an unqualifiednursery practitioner to take on the flexible 15hours per week role of Lunchtime Cover Assistant. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will provide exceptional care and compassion towards the children, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families. You'll play a key role in supporting our nursery team, stepping in to provide cover while our staff enjoy their well-deserved lunch break. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys the bustling energy of a nursery setting and thrives in a supportive role.
