Job summary

Nexter Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking caring Nursery Assistants to join a network of friendly nurseries in Lewisham and SE18. You'll help create a safe, joyful environment and support daily routines with families and staff.

No formal childcare qualifications are required, but at least 3 months nursery experience helps. You'll learn under experienced practitioners and have opportunities for progression and training, with flexible shifts and competitive pay.

What your day will look like:

Helping to create a vibrant, safe, and joyful atmosphere where children feel completely at home.

Getting stuck into the fun! You will assist with messy play, read magical stories, and support outdoor adventures.

Helping children through their daily routines, including setting up activities, supporting mealtimes, and helping to keep the room clean and tidy.

Chatting warmly with parents and carers at drop-off and pick-up times.

Working closely with qualified practitioners who will guide you, support you, and show you the ropes every step of the way.
