Job summary

Nexter Ltd in Lewisham and SE18 is seeking Level 2 Nursery Practitioners to join a welcoming network of nurseries. This role focuses on guiding children through daily routines, messy play, meals, hygiene, and outdoor adventures, within the EYFS framework.

Candidates with a Level 2 qualification and a genuine passion for early years will benefit from flexible shifts, mentorship, and opportunities to progress to Level 3 while working in a supportive, family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Level 2 nursery practitioner qualification required or relevant early years training.
• Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certification preferred or obtainable.
• Demonstrates genuine passion for caring for young children and EYFS routines.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with daily routines: meals, hygiene, messy play and outdoor activities.
• Support educators and follow EYFS framework in a nurturing environment.
• Build positive relationships with parents and provide updates on the child's day.
