Randstad Student & Worker Support are seeking reliable individuals to provide Specialist Notetaking support for students at Northumbria University. This part-time role offers £12.71 per hour plus holiday pay and starts October 2026 for the 2026/2027 academic year.

You will produce accurate lecture notes, maintain professionalism, and support learners while gaining knowledge through higher education lectures. Training and assessments are provided.

Formación

• Great typing skills.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Able to work quickly and under time restrictions.
• Good organisational skills.
• Will undergo telephone assessment, typing test and interview.

Responsabilidades

• Produce accurate and legible notes for lectures, seminars, and group tasks.
• Review notes after lectures to ensure accessible format.
• Maintain a professional relationship with students and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with Randstad to address student needs and concerns.
