Job summary

Randstad Student & Worker Support is seeking reliable individuals to provide Specialist Notetaking support for students living with disabilities at University of Sunderland.

You will produce accurate notes for lectures, seminars and group tasks, review them for accessibility, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with students and university staff.

This part-time role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to gain CPD and contribute to higher education.

Qualifications

• Typing, spelling and grammar must be accurate.
• Punctual and reliable, with good time management.
• Ability to work quickly and under time restrictions.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional conduct and confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and legible notes for lectures, seminars/tutorials and group tasks.
• Review notes to ensure accessibility and suitable format for the student.
• Maintain a professional role and confidentiality with students and staff.
• Act in the best interests of learners while following institutional policies.
• Collaborate with Randstad to meet individual student needs.
