Job summary

The University of Chester is seeking a Rowing Club Coach to support its student rowing programme. You will plan and deliver structured coaching sessions, work with club officers and the Sport Development Team, and help foster a positive, inclusive environment.

Applicants should hold at least Level 1 rowing coaching certification, have experience working with young adults, and be an excellent communicator who motivates participants while prioritising safety and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 1 rowing coaching qualification.
• Experience working with young adults.
• Safeguarding in sport certificate essential; First Aid desirable.
