CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd seeks a Technical Services Manager for a university contract in Hertfordshire. You will oversee electrical and mechanical building services, lead engineers and contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and contract standards.

Candidates should have strong management experience in commercial buildings and be able to budget and control costs. The role involves coordinating planned and reactive maintenance on-site.

Formación

• Fully qualified to recognised electrical or mechanical standard (HNC, HNC C&G).
• Experience of managing, supervising and running commercial buildings.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost management.
• Experience with planned and reactive maintenance.
• Experience in building services environments.

Responsabilidades

• Organise and manage all planned and reactive maintenance.
• Manage a team including a supervisor and multi-skilled engineers.
• Ensure health and safety is adhered to and all paperwork is complete to correct standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms.
• Ensure reactive maintenance is undertaken in accordance with the contract.
• Manage minor improvements.
• Attend client meetings.
• Manage contractors.
