Job summary

HC-One Limited is seeking a Unit Manager to lead a care home unit with a focus on dignity and well-being for residents. You will oversee daily operations, stepping in when the Home Manager or Deputy is absent, and ensure high standards of care and staff coordination.

You will bring proven leadership in a care setting, a positive, engaging energy, and a strong commitment to safeguarding and resident welfare. This role emphasizes accountability and compassionate teamwork.

All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
