HC-One Ltd. is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to lead a care home team with kindness and integrity. You’ll be responsible for a defined part of the home and may step in for the Home Manager when needed, delivering person-centred care to residents.

This role rewards compassionate leadership, safeguarding responsibilities, and ongoing development through HC-One’s apprentice and learning programmes, DBS/PVG clearance, and a wide range of staff benefits.

You will have proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults. Beyond that, it’s all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and therefore it is important that you are able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
