Job summary

Northwood Primary School is seeking a Unit Manager (Kitchen) to lead the school catering team. The role is 30 hours per week during term time, with shifts from 7:15 am to 1:15 pm, and the post carries Band 6 SCP 9-12 with an actual salary of £20,139–£21,132.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily food service, staff supervision and ensuring high standards of food safety and child welfare, with DBS clearance and pre-employment checks performed prior to appointment.

We are looking to appoint a Unit Manager within our School Kitchen to lead our catering team here at Northwood Primary School.
