Job summary

Care UK in Falkirk, Scotland is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin to lead and develop high-quality care and clinical services. You will work with key stakeholders to embed best practice, monitor compliance and engage colleagues across care initiatives.

The role focuses on governance, quality improvement and delivering person-centred care, with the support of career development, training and wellbeing resources available within Care UK.

Qualifications

• Active NMC pin required.
• Experience in a care home setting preferred.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and embed best practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop care and clinical services with key stakeholders.
• Engage colleagues and embed best practice across initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with care KPIs (nutrition, tissue viability, end of life care, medication) and analyse trends.

Location: Falkirk, Scotland

The role

• To directly work with key stakeholders to develop care and clinical services and the overall delivery of high‑quality care services as recognised through external regulation ratings.
• Responsible for the introduction, engagement, and development of colleagues, embedding best practice and monitoring of compliance for a range of care and clinical initiatives.
• Embed best practice through monitoring compliance of a range of care & clinical KPIs such as tissue viability, nutrition, end of life care, medication etc. and analyse individual home data to identify and respond to trends or concerns.

About You

• An experienced Registered Nurse with active NMC Pin.
• Full Drivers Licence with access to own vehicle.
• Quality and Governance experience, ideally in a care home setting.
• A determination to ensure best care is practiced and an innovative mind to achieve this.
