• Experience in accounting, tax, forecasting and budgeting.

• Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements (SOX, CAS, FAR).
• Directs annual and quarterly budgets and cash flow projections.
• Oversees accounting operations, financial reporting and revenue recognition.
• Provides financial guidance to management and supports strategic planning.
