Job summary

Brunelcare is seeking an experienced senior/line-manager with a passion for delivering outstanding care in our care home. You will lead a team, mentor staff, and ensure person-centered care and dignity for residents.

Role involves supporting with personal care, medication administration after training, promoting social activity, and integrating life history into daily care. DBS checks and right-to-work verification will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the care sector is essential.
• Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care is required or in progress.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work on your own initiative.

• Dispense and administer medications following training and competencies.

About The Role

• Support with personal care needs on an individual basis recognising choice, ability and diversity.

About You

• Experience in the care sector is essential
• Previous line management responsibilities are desirable
• Achieved or are working towards Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care
