Job summary

Brunelcare is seeking a committed care professional to join our Bristol-based team and help deliver high-quality care to older residents. You will support with personal care, assist with medication administration after training, and promote social activity within the home.

You will mentor other staff, lead by example in best practice, and ensure careful consideration of each resident’s life history in daily care decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the care sector is essential.
  • Previous line management responsibilities are desirable.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and passionate about working with older people.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work on own initiative.

About the role

About you
