Key skills include excellent communication, relationship-building over the phone, and supporting individuals with complex issues, demonstrating empathy and sound judgment while meeting targets and service standards. Responsibilities include:
Training will be provided for developing specialisms, if applicable.
The role requires strong organizational skills and confidence in delivering occasional training, which may involve travel and overnight stays.
