Job summary

• Data, insight and reporting experience to identify themes, trends and risks.
• Ability to produce clear, timely reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Understanding governance, compliance, audit or risk management.
• Ability to monitor risks and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-team collaboration.
• Organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of Unexpected Findings, including themes, trends, risks and emerging concerns.
• Monitor compliance through regular review, audit and data analysis.
• Record, track and analyse data; identify learning and improvement actions.
• Produce clear reporting for Clinical Governance Lead and senior stakeholders.
• Support development and implementation of Unexpected Findings processes and actions.
• Collaborate across clinical, operational and governance teams to ensure consistency.
• Escalate concerns and manage safe, efficient customer pathways.
• Attend governance and operational meetings; summarise actions and drive follow-through.
• Contribute to clinical governance activities and liaise with Ingeus leadership and wider HAAS teams.
