AIG’s Underwriting Summer Internship Program offers hands-on experience within the Financial Lines team and other underwriting areas. Over 8 weeks, interns work with leaders on dynamic projects, gain real-world risk assessment exposure and build a professional network through mentoring and masterclasses.

Successful interns may be considered for a full Graduate Analyst program starting September 2028. The program emphasizes collaboration, learning, and career development in a global insurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2028.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Collaborative team player with good communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced underwriters to assess risks.
• Gain exposure to underwriting decisions and client interactions.
• Analyse data, financial information and market trends to support decisions.
• Participate in training, mentoring, networking events and projects.
