Rokstone Underwriting in London Office is seeking an Underwriting Assistant Engineering to join a specialist engineering underwriting team. This role focuses on supporting underwriting activity, delivering accurate data, and maintaining momentum across opportunities.

You will work with underwriters, brokers and stakeholders to keep business moving, build relationships across the market, and contribute to profitable portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with underwriters and brokers to turn opportunities into bound business, delivering a seamless experience across new business, renewals and policy changes.
• Own the accuracy of underwriting data and documentation, ensuring risks, premiums and policy records are captured correctly to support confident decision-making.
• Keep business moving by tracking outstanding requirements, resolving queries quickly and maintaining high service standards throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Use insight and analysis to support portfolio reporting, renewal planning and operational improvements that enhance efficiency and underwriting performance.
• Build strong relationships across the market, working with capacity providers, claims, finance and operations teams to ensure business is serviced effectively and compliantly.
