• Making fair and accurate lending decisions
• Hitting daily KPI’s
• Reviewing applications and recording high‑quality notes
• Focusing on positive customer outcomes in every decision
• Spotting process improvements and sharing ideas with the team
• Working alongside QA, Training & Compliance to keep standards high
• Helping test new tools, policies and automation features
