Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Underwriting Assistant in London, reporting to the Head of Underwriting Delivery. You will support underwriting teams by providing accurate, timely, and high-quality services, demonstrating care for customers and adherence to company obligations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Data entry into the S2000 underwriting system and other administration tools.
2. Document management including scanning, photocopying, and saving.
3. Support for clearing lists, accumulation control, and contract certainty processes.
4. Managing electronic placement documentation on platforms like PPL and Whitespace.
5. Reviewing exception reports and posting daily premium messages.
6. Assisting with credit control, renewal lists, and ensuring compliance with procedures.
7. Participating in meetings, taking minutes, and supporting new projects or ad-hoc tasks.
8. Promoting good conduct and understanding escalation responsibilities related to conduct risk.

Knowledge and Skills
