Joining our underwriting support team, you'll play a key role in delivering an efficient and high-quality service to our brokers and customers while gaining valuable industry knowledge and experience. Working with a diverse portfolio that includes charities, faith organisations, social enterprises, property owners and commercial businesses, you'll develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to progress towards a career as an Underwriter. What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing efficient and accurate administrative support across the underwriting function.
• Processing policy transactions, including renewals and mid-term adjustments, in line with agreed service standards.
• Reviewing new business submissions and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data is captured to a high standard.
• Supporting the delivery of excellent service to brokers and business partners, responding to enquiries and helping to resolve issues promptly.
• Taking responsibility for your own performance, acting on feedback and audit outcomes to continuously improve quality and efficiency.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure team objectives and customer expectations are met.
