Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain renewal retention in line with forecasts.
• Support brokers with renewal enquiries.
• Publish and send invites to brokers.
• Make necessary changes to policies.
• Learn rating structures and how they apply to underwriting procedures.
• Correspond with brokers over policy changes and queries.
• Escalate more complex issues to senior team.
