Role Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with brokers, colleagues, and clients across the UK.
• Identify opportunities to offer solutions to existing clients and brokers by evaluating insurance risks.
• Underwrite both new and renewal business within your delegated authority.
• Communicate effectively with senior staff to ensure clarity and positive relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service, adhering to SLAs.
• Increase profitable relationships through liaison with brokers and colleagues.
• Issue insurance policies, calculate premiums, and negotiate terms with brokers.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have a commercial underwriting background, with experience in golf or sports insurance. Applications from outstanding Commercial Underwriters (Commercial Combined, Property, Casualty) with a passion for sports are welcome. We also seek technically skilled Brokers with delegated authority experience. Note: focus should not be on auto-rated business.
