Close Brothers Group is seeking an Underwriting Specialist to review motor finance proposals, ensuring decisions align with credit risk parameters. You will work with dealer partners and customers, perform manual reviews, checks and negotiations to reach suitable outcomes.
The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work well in a team. A hybrid model is offered with Doncaster office three days per week after training.

Join the Close Brothers Motor Finance Team where you will support our dealer partners and end customers by manually reviewing and processing motor finance proposals, whilst ensuring the business accepted by Close Brothers Motor Finance (CBMF) is within the business’ credit risk parameters.
Working as part of the Underwriting team our ideal team member will have previous experience in making the right decisions to ensure great outcomes for customers and dealer partners with excellent planning and organisational skills.
Please note, that this position involves a five-day working week, with a requirement to work from our Roman House office in Doncaster three days per week once fully trained.
