BAE Systems in Barrow-in-Furness offers an undergraduate placement on the Astute and Dreadnought programmes. You will work with teams to test and commission submarines, ensuring mechanical and electrical systems meet design intent and operate safely.

From day one you’ll be paired with experienced colleagues, receive mentoring and contribute to meaningful, high‑profile projects that help shape a safer future. This placement may lead to graduate opportunities; start date is June 2027.

Formación

• Minimum 2:2 Bachelor's degree in any subject.

Responsabilidades

• Work with teams to test and commission the Astute & Dreadnought class submarines.
• Ensure mechanical and electrical systems are built to design intent and function safely and reliably.
