Job summary

Freight Box Global is growing, and we’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager or Junior BDM to join our successful sales team in the UK.

This role offers the chance to build your own portfolio, benefit from training, and earn uncapped commissions by winning new business across international markets.

Previous freight or logistics experience helps but is not essential; full training, laptops, and ongoing support are provided to help you reach sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying UK importers.
• Making outbound calls and speaking with decision‑makers.
• Building and managing your own sales pipeline.
• Preparing and following up quotations.
• Arranging telephone, online and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Securing trial shipments and developing long‑term customers.
• Keeping accurate records and follow‑up activity within our CRM.
