Job summary

Qualifications

• Recognised ultrasound qualification (PgDip or Direct-Entry Masters)
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom (HCPC/NMC registration required)
• Experience in MSK ultrasound would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations following established protocols.
• Communicate scan findings clearly to clinicians and patients, in writing and verbally.
• Exercise sound judgement to interpret images and differentiate normal from abnormal findings.
• Justify Ultrasound requests and manage workload independently.
• Share knowledge by supervising and training multidisciplinary staff and students.
