Job summary

Philips UK is seeking a Category & Shopper Development Lead to drive growth across its UKI portfolios. You will lead category management and shopper marketing, set priorities and build capabilities in a high‑performing team, collaborating across sales, marketing and retail partners.

You will develop omnichannel campaigns, analyze category performance and shopper insights, and advocate data-driven decisions that improve market share and ROI. Hybrid work in Farnborough is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in category management, shopper marketing, trade marketing or related fields.
• Proven leadership of teams and delivery of growth strategies with customers.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead UKI Category Management and Shopper Marketing teams, setting priorities and driving growth.
• Develop and deploy multifaceted category and shopper campaigns across portfolios.
• Analyze sales data, market trends and shopper insights to identify opportunities.
• Support Account Managers and retailers to deliver growth plans and optimize assets.
• Create compelling category growth stories to influence retailer decisions.
• Collaborate wth Sales, Marketing and retail partners to align plans and activation.
• Oversee trade marketing collateral, assets and brand-compliant executions.
