Northern Trust Asset Management in London seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive UK wealth market revenue and expand NTAM's presence with pension funds, wealth managers, and institutions.

Reporting to the Head of Sales EMEA, you will develop strategy, manage a robust pipeline, and build senior-level relationships. Strong asset-class knowledge, capital-raising ability, and a track record of new business are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience selling investment solutions into the UK wealth management market.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the UK Wealth sales strategy and business development plan.
• Identify, develop, and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Analyse market trends, industry developments, and client segments to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong network across the UK wealth management industry, including senior decision-makers and key influencers.
• Represent NTAM across industry forums, events, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead client acquisition efforts and manage opportunities through to successful closure.
• Partner closely with relationship management, client servicing, and asset servicing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture centred on partnership, innovation, accountability, and execution.
• Demonstrate NTAM's core behaviours through strong client focus, problem-solving, ownership, and entrepreneurial thinking.
