Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in direct field sales of water instrumentation, an engineering/ENV sciences background, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field (Engineering, Environmental Sciences).
• 3–5 years' direct sales experience in automatic wastewater samplers and/or open channel flowmeters.
• Fluent in English; additional European language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue direct sales opportunities within municipal and industrial water sectors.
• Develop relationships with end-users, engineering firms and procurement stakeholders.
• Conduct on-site visits and technical consultations to propose tailored solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to support sales.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts, ensuring alignment with margins and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales execution and issue resolution.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies and channel partner plans.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust sales approach.
