Field-based role with UK-wide travel

Medical Device Industry (Industry experience not essential)

UNOQUIP is growing fast – and we’re looking for someone to grow with us. You’ll be working from home but could be on the road up to 2-3 nights a week. Working in a team with the support of experienced Industry professionals, you will help shape the future business.

We’re looking for an individual who is passionate to succeed, a great communicator, a quick learner, and a team player who’s excited to work hard and deliver results that impact patient's lives.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Presenting and demonstrating medical products (we’ll train you!)
  • Supporting clinical teams and driving product awareness
  • Identifying growth opportunities and helping us act on them
  • Attending events, coordinating product trials, and making things happen

Must-haves:

  • Greatsalesskills— empathetic and confident communicator
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Positive, proactive attitude — you love being part of a team
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel up to 65% of the time

Nice-to-have (but don’t worry if not!):

  • Experience in healthcare industry
  • Mentorship from senior medical device colleagues
  • Hands-on experience with customers from day one
  • Bonus based on performance
