Job summary

Inotiv is seeking a Technical Training Specialist (NTCO) for our UK operations. You will lead technical training, manage competencies and ensure regulatory compliance, embedding animal welfare and Culture of Care across practices. This 24-month fixed-term contract is based at our Hillcrest site in Belton.

Starting salary £37,580+ depending on experience, with generous benefits. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate operational and regulatory needs into structured training

• Experienced training and development professional.
• Able to translate regulatory requirements into structured training solutions.
• Hands-on doer, collaborative and stakeholder-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee technical training, competency management and governance.
• Support UK training roadmap and program development.
